Material: Leather

  • Genuine leather does no require special maintenance. It is sufficient to wipe it with a delicate, cotton cloth every week and clean wet once a month
  • It is recommended to use leather care conditioners before and after the heating season. Do not use stain removers, turpentine, shoe polish and any other kinds of grease. Abrasive cleaning agents may leave scratch marks and cause the leather to darken
  • Wet stains should be wipe dry immediately
  • Do not use microfibre cloth since they may leave scratch marks
  • It is advisable to avoid scrubbing since it may leave unaesthetic scratching marks. Use a transparent eraser instead
  • Remove greasy stains with vinegar essence
  • In order to avoid limescale forming, it is recommended to use leather care products based on distilled water
  • Vacuum using a special tip
  • Try to avoid putting leather sofas in highly sunny places or next to radiators. Hot air or UV rays may cause the leather to dry and discolorize

  • Clean once a week with a damp cloth
  • Work on small stains with distilled water and a dry cloth
  • Try removing persistent dirt with mild, soap based solutions
  • Please use only mild detergents and special faux leather care products
  • Avoid microfiber cloths as they may leave scratches on the surface
  • Faux leather requires regular moisturizing but unlike genuine leather, not greasing
  • Vacuum using a special tip

Does "right to return" include shipping cost?

We refund only the cost of the product, not the shipping cost.



Is this real leather? And is this firm seating? I am interested only in the larger sofa.

We sell those products only in the whole set. All seating surfaces and cushions are made of top grade 100% genuine leather. The remainder is made of high grade synthetic leather.


    Safety and Warranty

    Our company aims to supply high-quality furniture of exclusive design at affordable prices. We achieve this by committing ourselves to high quality standards. All our products are new and in their original packaging. Our entire product range comes with a 24-month manufacturer"s warranty. You can extend the warranty period by up to 5 years for an additional charge if required. Details of the warranty conditions can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.



    For all complaints, your invoice is your warranty document. Please keep it safe so it can be produced when required. The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any defects must be reported immediately in writing.  All new orders are covered for one year by a warranty against hidden defects. Under the warranty, the buyer is entitled to free repair if the manufacturer does not replace the piece of furniture in question.  Differences in colour, irregularities in wood texture and so-called hairline cracks are natural and shall be accepted by the buyer.


    Returns policy

    Since we are an online business and you as a customer are unable to view the furniture in a shop or showroom before buying,  you have the right to return any of our products. You have an unconditional right to return any article ordered online within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you can return our furniture without giving a reason or explanation. You have to keep the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain personal goods such as duvet covers, pillows, blankets, towels, mattresses etc. can only be accepted if the original packaging remains unopen and intact. We will ask you to send smaller items back yourself via a parcel delivery company. For larger items, we can arrange a delivery company to pick-up the goods. 



    The delivery of this item is carried out by a carefully selected logistics service provider. We aim to make the delivery of your order as smooth and convenient as possible. Smaller items will be delivered by a parcel delivery service (e.g. DHL). Delivery by parcel service will always be carried out as soon as possible and without prior contact. 
    Larger items will be delivered by a cooperating carrier. Delivery of all products shall generally be made to the curbside, maximally to the point where the carrier can drive his vehicle. If you require additional services such as delivery into your home, installation or disposal of an old piece of furniture, these can be requested by prior arrangement and will incur a surcharge, depending on the region. If you assemble the furniture yourself, detailed instructions will be provided. If defects or damage are detected during assembly, please contact our customer service team immediately.


    Delivery address:

    The order will be delivered to an address specified by you. This may differ from the invoice address, allowing you to request delivery to your office or to a friend. Please note, Beliani is not liable for wrongly entered delivery addresses. You are responsible for checking the delivery address as provided to you by email, prior to delivery.


    Delivery times:

    If the product is in stock, shipment will usually take place within 5-10 days after receipt of payment. Unfortunately, is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. You will however be asked to provide your phone number when placing your order, so that our logistics service provider can contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Smaller items delivered by a parcel delivery service will be delivered without prior notice. Should you then not be at home, the parcel company will leave a name card with phone number allowing you to arrange for a free redelivery.


    Pick up by the customer:

    As our furniture is stored in various warehouses, pick up is not possible. All goods will be conveniently delivered to your home.


    Customer service:


    Goods not suitable for shipping via parcel post will be collected by our carriers within 14 days at your expense.  It is your responsibility to return goods suitable for shipping via parcel post. Our customer service team will be pleased to help if you have any questions regarding returns.
