Do you have any showrooms?

In order to keep costs down and offer you the best prices we don't have any showrooms. We are an online-only retailer. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee in case you are not fully satisfied. That allows you to view the furniture in your home to compensate for the lack of showroom.

How can I place an order?

You can order furniture from us in 3 ways:

Online
You can buy furniture on our website, from our online store: simply click on the "Add to Cart" button under each item. You can then specify the number of desired items and calculate the total price. If you would like to add more items, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Once you have added all of the desired items to your cart, click the "Checkout" button. Please log in here to an existing account or create a new account. Enter the relevant billing and delivery address. Below this, you can specify the desired delivery date: If you would like to receive the goods as soon as possible, choose the first option: "Within max. 14 days after receipt of payment or order". Once we have received your payment, your furniture will be delivered to you within 14 days. You can, though, also choose a different delivery date. In a third step, you can enter your voucher code, if you have one. You can also choose to take out transport insurance or an extended warranty if so desired. Once you have filled in all the relevant details, you can submit your order. We will then send you an email with your order confirmation and our bank details so that you can send us your payment.

By email
You can also order goods by email: mail@beliani.com. Tell us what you would like to order (incl. color and quantity) and specify the billing and delivery address and your telephone number. Our customer service team will then explain what happens next.

Over the phone

When will my order arrive?

If the product is in stock, shipment will usually take place within 5-10 days after receipt of payment. Unfortunately, is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. You will, however, be asked to provide your phone number when placing your order so that our logistics service provider can contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Smaller items delivered by a parcel delivery service will be delivered without prior notice. Should you then not be at home, the parcel company will leave a name card with phone number allowing you to arrange for a free redelivery.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is most important for us. If you do not like your product or it doesn’t fit, you can return it within 365 days. For the specific rules please check our Terms and Conditions

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to ship the orders as soon as possible. For that reason, if the item you wish to change/cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed/cancelled. What do I need to do if my furniture arrives in a damaged condition?

We strive to ensure that all the items arrive in perfect condition, but we know that isn't always the case.

If your furniture arrives in a damaged condition, we ask that you record this on the delivery note and send us a copy of this note together with photos of damage via email. You can contact our customer service team by email at mail@beliani.com. We will then do all we can to resolve the problem to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

What countries do you ship to?

All our items are available for shipping within the USA and Canada. For other countries please check our local websites.

Regarding shipment to Canada, please be advised that additional charges will apply depending on your location. A standard fee will apply to Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa-Gatineau, Greater Montreal. For other locations please contact our Customer Service at mail@beliani.com to get a quote.

Can I prolong the warranty of my furniture?

Beliani offers up to one year warranty on all furniture. If desired, this warranty can be prolonged trouble-free for up to five years in exchange for a small additional charge.

The assembly instructions are missing from the package. Where can I find it?

You need the assembly instructions replacement? No worries! Search for your product in a search box on the website and find the assembly instruction on a product page.Otherwise please contact our Customer Service via e-mail at mail@beliani.com.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We do our best to maintain availability of all items listed in shop. However due to the popularity of some of them or supply delays, it is possible that some items are out of stock. We strive to keep our availability record up to date. If a product is out of stock, the relevant information is visible on a product page.

Will the furniture be carried into my home?

Your furniture will be delivered to the curb or as close to your door as the lorry can get, but will not be carried into your home. If you would like your furniture to be delivered into your home or garden, this can be arranged for a small surcharge. Please tell us if you would like to make use of this additional service before we deliver your furniture to you so that we can inform the shipping company of this.

Vouchers

If you want to place an order with your voucher follow these steps:
1. Enter the voucher code on our home page on the right side "use voucher"
2. Search the product in our shop and put it into the Cart
3. Add all the additional products and accessories that are included in the voucher (ex. rain protection)
4. Please register as a new customer (enter your E-Mail adress and password)
5. Please enter your adress and telephone number for the delivery company to contact you
6. On the payment method page, a field might open up where you have to enter the voucher PIN (only for certain vouchers)
7. Finish your order. You will receive immediately an order confirmation from us via E-Mail.
