How can Beliani offer its furniture for such low prices?

Beliani obtains its furniture directly from the manufacturer itself, which removes expensive intermediaries and allows us to pass the low prices on to our customers. Additionally, to further reduce costs, we do not possess a show room. As our range of products is restricted to a few high quality products which we also sell internationally, we are able to provide our customers with design furniture for very low prices.

Can I pick up the furniture?

We have outsourced the logistics to multiple specialized logistic companies across the country depending on the product. They don’t allow customers to pick up the goods for security and privacy reasons of other clients they have. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to pick up the goods.

The logistic cost we quoted is a pass-through cost in which we make no margin. The delivery companies we are using are professionals and skilled to handle such delicate products with care in order to minimize transportation damages. We have clearly declared the cost and terms of delivery in our advertisement. You can step back from your purchase if you don’t agree with our conditions and if you have already paid, we will reimburse you the entire amount. We want to avoid that you rate us negatively on that aspect as we have transparently communicated the terms.

Any discount if I purchase multiple furniture?

Our prices are already very low and don’t allow for any further discounts. Shopping with us means you will receive high quality furniture at an unbeatable low price. You are buying directly from us as the manufacturer at wholesale factory prices.

Do you have any showrooms?

Unfortunately, we do not have showrooms in order to keep cost down and offer you best prices. All our logistics is outsourced to multiple logistics companies close to the ports and transportation hubs (e.g XXL and Italy come from different logistic companies). But we offer a 14 day money back guarantee in case you are not fully satisfied. That allows you to view the furniture in your home to compensate for the lack of showroom. If you don’t like those, we will arrange for a pick up. You only need to repack the furniture.

In this case and you need to repack the furniture and pay the bill for shipping back. We refund the cost of furniture and shipping to your house.

Products which have been delivered by parcel service have to be returned by the customer himself. We will refund you the shipping costs.

Does the furniture arrive ready assembled?

The Rattan furniture arrives ready assembled and not flat packed. You only need to place the cushions on top and are ready to relax in this wonderful furniture piece.

The other products arrive flat packed. It is designed for easy self assembly, no extra skills needed.

Can I save on transportation cost if I purchase multiple items?

You have therefore to pay for each item the transportation cost. Depending on what you order, it can also be that you receive the items on different days from different transportation companies.

Can I also prolong the warranty of my furniture?

Beliani offers up to one year warranty on all furniture. If desired, this warranty can be prolonged trouble-free for up to five years in exchange for a small additional charge.

If you want to place an order with your voucher follow these steps:
1. Enter the voucher code on our home page on the right side "use voucher"
2. Search the product in our shop and put it into the Cart
3. Add all the additional products and accessories that are included in the voucher (ex. rain protection)
4. Please register as a new customer (enter your E-Mail adress and password)
5. Please enter your adress and telephone number for the delivery company to contact you
6. On the payment method page, a field might open up where you have to enter the voucher PIN (only for certain vouchers)
7. Finish your order. You will receive immediately an order confirmation from us via E-Mail.
